A Can’t-Miss Kickoff That Breaks All the Rules
Come join us for an experience you will never forget!
This year, we’re kicking things off with a focused morning of meetings followed by an afternoon of activity as we take you on an immersive journey through the stunning ranch and mountain landscape of Bozeman, Montana. Where hands-on learning meets unforgettable adventure.
You’ll team up with Sounders and your fellow Sound Dealers as you compete to rack up points through exciting educational challenges and thrilling activities throughout the day in an Amazing Race-esque event. The Kickoff concludes with a closing dinner and awards ceremony.
Event Details
Dates: Wednesday, July 29 at 5:00pm to Thursday, July 30 at 8:00pm
Location: Field & Stream Lodge

Arrival: Upon arrival at the Bozeman (BZN) airport, please use a taxi, lyft or über to bring you to the lodge. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you arrive early, you can leave your bags with concierge until your room is available.
Departure: Checkout will be at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Please use a taxi, lyft or über for transport to the airport.
What to Wear:
- Comfortable, outdoor weather-appropriate clothes
- Tennis shoes for walking, closed-toe shoes required for Amazing Race activities
Event Updates: To receive updates during the event, text KICKOFF to 888 – 609-9853.
Sound will book your hotel and cover all hotel, meals and activities for registered Dealers. Sound will also provide a $450 travel stipend per attending dealership, funded from the dealer’s available Marketing Rewards balance. Dealers may choose to decline the stipend and retain the full value of their Marketing Rewards.
There will be a no-show fee of $500 which will be withheld from commissions for any Dealer that does not provide adequate cancellation notice. If your plans change, please make your RSM aware by no later than July 1.

Welcome Makers Market:
When: 12:00 — 4:00 PM
Where: Join us at the Field & Stream in the Backyard for the vibrant Welcome Market featyrubg live music, complimentary tasters, and interactive local crafts. We’ll get to create custom screen-printed bandanas, leather working, primitive skill building asll while enjoying an espresso truck and DIY flower bloom bar!
Opening Ceremony & Dinner:
When: 5:00 PM
Where: Don’t miss the opening ceremony in the Field & Stream Backyard for dinner, drinks, live music, and a celebration of our top 2026 dealers.
Thursday, July 30
Meeting & Amazing Race:
When: 7:00 AM — 7:30 PM
Breakfast will be available at the Dry Fly Saloon, then we’ll move to Summit Room A to kickoff our morning meeting.
The afternoon’s action-packed Amazing Race will take place outdoors under the big Montana sky. Put your competitive hats on and get ready to race around the ranch completing challenges while learning more about what’s coming at Sound.
6:30 — 8:00 AM – Breakfast at Summit Room A
8:00 AM – 10:30 AM – Meeting in Summit Room A
10:30 AM – Busses depart for Hardscrabble Ranch
11:00 AM — 12:30 PM - Lunch at Hardscrabble Ranch
12:30 — 1:30 PM – Meeting at Hardscrabble Ranch
1:30 –4:30 PM – Amazing Race at Hardscrabble Ranch
5:00 PM – Closing Ceremony + Awards + Dinner
7:30 PM — Buses Depart for Field & Stream Lodge
