Sound Agriculture is an innovator in bio-inspired chemistry and plant genetics. We leverage natural plant diversity to grow crops more sustainably and create differentiated, nutritious food. Sound is a Series C startup funded by leading investors in food and agriculture such as Leaps by Bayer, Northpond Ventures, S2G Ventures, Fall Line Capital, Cultivian Sandbox Ventures, Cavallo Ventures and Syngenta Group Ventures.

  • Own deployment and improvement of models both internally and externally
  • Coordinate agronomic data acquisition (soil, climate, and crop) to continually improve Sound’s understanding and ability to help growers
  • Work across Sound to refine geospatial data analysis, storage, and modeling systems
  • Perform statistical analysis on experimental outcomes, interpret results, and communicate conclusions and implications across the organization
  • Work with agronomists to help improve placement and thus performance of SOURCE, our flagship nutrient efficiency product
