Internal team member registration for the July Sales Team Meeting and Amplify! 2025 Dealer Kickoff Event is open!

The Sales Team Meeting will begin Monday, July 22 starting at 12:00pm and continue on Tuesday, July 23. The Amplify! 2025 Dealer Kickoff will begin Wednesday, July 24 starting at 11:00am and end on Thursday, July 25 at 11:00am.

Sound employees are expected to arrive on Monday. There are a limited number of rooms available for those who do not have a flight option to arrive on Monday morning. Please indicate on the registration form if you need a hotel room on Sunday ONLY if there are not options for you to arrive on Monday.

The deadline to register is Friday, May 24.

  • Who Should Attend?
    Field Directors, RSMs, Field AEs, Agronomy Managers, Agronomists, Select LT members, and presenters.
  • When Can I Register?
    You may register using the form above. The deadline for internal team member registration is Friday, May 24. 
  • Can Spouses Attend?
    Event & activity attendance are limited to Sound employees and dealers, and Sound will not be covering expenses outside of those categories. 
  • When Should I Plan to Arrive and Depart?
    Sounders should arrive prior to 12:00pm on Monday, July 22 for the internal sales kickoff. Presentations begin promptly at noon. There are a limited number of rooms available for those who do not have an option to arrive on Monday morning. Please indicate if you need a hotel room on Sunday ONLY if there are no options for you to arrive on Monday.
    You may depart after 12:00pm on Thursday, July 25.
  • When Should I Book My Flight?
    Please hold off on booking flights until timelines are finalized. We will communicate to the team when we are ready for you to book your flight. 
  • What Airport Should I Fly Into?
    Kansas City: MCI
  • What’s the Dress Code?
    Business casual (jeans, khaki’s, button up or polo and closed toed shoes). Sounders should plan to wear Sound branded clothing.
  • Who Should I Invite From The Dealership?
    Each dealership can bring 1 representative. If you need to request additional reps, this needs to be approved by your Field Director. Note that this event is limited to current SOURCE® dealers and is not open to prospective dealers, However, you can use this event as a lever to get the contract signed for new dealers. 
  • Where Can I See If My Dealer Has Registered?
    You may view current registrations here.
  • If My Dealer Wants To Go Somewhere Else for Dinner, Can We?
    We encourage the group to stay together to maximize networking. Sound will not be covering the cost of activities, food, beverage outside of the designated venues.
  • Will My Dealer Receive Event Details & Logistics?
