Michelle Yoshinaka

Michelle has managed B2B and B2C marketing for food and agriculture companies for more than 20 years. She oversees marketing strategy focused on strengthening company positioning and achieving business objectives. Michelle’s expertise include demand generation, product marketing, brand management and digital marketing. 

Before joining Sound, Michelle was a Vice President in the consumer food division at Ketchum, overseeing PR and communications for the Nestle Ice Cream division, including Häagen-Dazs and Dreyer’s. Prior to that role, she managed multifaceted programs for food brands, ingredient companies and commodity clients at FoodMinds, focusing on the intersection of nutrition science, policy and consumer insights. Michelle earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Indiana University.
