Alex Lithwick

Alex Lithwick is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience leading Finance and Operations functions across multiple industries ranging from Consumer Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, Software and Hard-Technology. She has a broad range of experience including tenure at large publicly held companies, as well as numerous startups in various growth stages. Alex is a graduate of the Queen’s School of Business and holds various certifications, including CFA designation and Lean Six Sigma Black belt. She is a mentor and avid supporter of Women in STEM roles, the Venice Family Clinic (a non-profit healthcare center for children in need) and a Board Member of the Laguna Beach Parents Club.

After graduating with honors from Queen’s School of Business with a dual degree in Finance and Mathematics, she joined the private investments arm of CPP Investment Board as it evolved into control positions across both debt and equity investments. She has served in several critical roles in both Finance and Operations at 99 Cents Only Stores, TOMS Shoes and Thrive Market and most recently held the role of CFO at Super73, a global leader in electric two-wheeled mobility. Alex currently lives in Laguna Beach with her husband, daughter and two rescue dogs.
